For awhile now, I’ve been keeping a sort-of bucket list of things I want to do, or buy, or places I want to visit, but haven’t because of my weight. So you can both monitor my progress and revel in the somewhat superficial joy, here is that list:
- Bungee jump
- Get another tattoo (tattoo is picked out!)
- Visit London and Paris
Learn how to paddleboard- Purchase a wrist watch
- Go back to South Africa
- Skydive
- Buy a “real” bike, not one with a old lady seat and a wicker basket
- Visit New York City at Christmas/New Year’s
Wear a dress cut above the knee- Vacation somewhere tropical
- Purchase a Chanel tweed jacket
- Complete a 5K (planned for September 23!)
- Complete a triathlon
- Wear zip-up knee-high boots
- Learn how to surf
- Wear a two piece swimsuit
- Fly middle-seat coach
- Learn how to snowboard
- Buy and wear cute lingerie
Climb a mountain (or a super steep hill)- Do a zipline
- Work out in one of those bra-tank top things that show everything
- Fit my big ol’ wrist through a bangle bracelet
- Bike through California wine country
- Wear a bikini.
- Get a massage
- Take up a new sport–snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, cycling, etc.
- Wear a ring on my middle finger–for some reason, I’ve always wanted this
